Goldfinger....

And finally there is one more week to go to Christmas and where it finally quietens down for the year, once again crammed all I could into a hectic week, bring on the mulled wine!

Monday brought the start of a busy week and was in the shape of promo work,  I had been booked on 6 days of work, which was good, but was having to fit around shopping time is hard! I sit here still now at the end of the week still no further on although im pretty sure I have MY list to Santa complete...Louboutins please?!

As its the lead up to Christmas a lot is happening in regards to events and parties, and we deff have our fair share in Manchester to attend this week! Tuesday brought Christmas cheer as Laura had got us tickets to the pantomime show Cinderella for Press Night, was really looking forward to it as Louis Spence was in it and he is sooo funny! So we went down and had some pictures on the red carpet with the ugly sisters, then went inside to eat my weight in sweets and chocolates! All Laura’s clients also had arrived so was nice to see some of the vital PR team! For this I kept my outfit very simple wearing my brown Chelsea boots and a big fur! I thought I could brave the cold as being from Newcastle and now know I can most certainly not anymore I wanted to die! So got a McDonalds apple pie on the way home practically burned my mouth off Naughty!

The next day had a great little job at the Palace Hotel, it was the Christmas party for many of the Manchester based radio stations, me and my friend Larissa were living the dream as the client  thought they would pop us in the green room with the Saturdays and Pixie Lott and the most amazing spread id ever seen, we even had our own bar, as we working so we stuck to orange juice!good little elves! Everyone was so lovely but probably  wondering who the hell we were!please can i be in you band!ha We posed for a few pictures and watched all the girls perform and  our time was done!

I was so excited for the next event which was to be Thursday evening, it was the launch of the Fake Bake salon in Selfridges and  had been invited down for some complimentary treatments, left the boy at home as he was meeting me later for a more boy friendly event! The salon was great and all the staff were truly amazing had my hair blown with loads of volume and big bouncy curls. my nails painted a dark red by leighton Denny for Christmas the colour "vamp" and an all over tan by fake bake the gold shimmer edition, just what I needed for the run up to Christmas! I love a dark red, look so sophisticated and really suits with the colours for this time of the year!

The next event was at a men’s clothes store on Deansgate INTRO, a few TOWIE people were there and the mojitos were flowing, I opted for a long flowing chiffon maxi with a slit it was only from Miss Selfridges and was £45. Really good outfit for day and evening although when we were having pictures taken had to wear a hideous black scarf draped over me as couldn’t put a bra on after my spray tan! So the outfit looked pretty shit, although girls you can go out and do it properly, my key piece was my H and M fur which was only £40.00...im really hoping to get a real one for Christmas woo!

Luckily id been booked on jobs for every day this week and may as well take them all on...can sleep when im dead!

Last night we were invited to the launch of a new restaurant in a beautiful town of Knutsford, plates and plates off food and alcohol were filling us up! We were on a table with the mayor and a few of the presenters from key 103 Chelsea and her husband and the lovely Goldie from X factor lovely little crowd! I just went playing it quite cool and casual, bought an amazing pair of black skyscraper shoe boots and teamed with petrol brodies from all saints and an all saints black chiffon shirt. My old school Roxanne also made an appearance and not forgetting the fur was -1 degrees!

Stocking fillers which I would recommend ladies are the babyliss professional ceramic rollers, if you want some body and big bouncing curl you need these in your life, only £35 and free delivery from www.ukhairdressers.com the best rollers out there!

My favourite brand this week is WILDFOX, its sold in Selfridges and has so many cool and quirky jumpers and t shirts, below are a few of my favourites and will never go out of trend! The don’t give a shit look is how I like to play a lot and these jumpers are great for just that!

I know I have a gorgeous burgundy on my nails currently but the next statement colour im getting is an OPI gold glitter” bring on the bling" makes your nails look eye catching and picks up and glisten of light, perfect for Christmas and similar to this seasons Chanels gold polish "gold fiction"

And to go with that received a Fake bake "golden babe" in my goodiebag from the launch my new fave!

P.s I really want the tan Bonita fringe bag from All Saints!
 Ill be back soon!

festive fashion and glitzy glamour

Christmas is nearly here!

This week has been so busy again I feel that it’s non stop! Been all over and I think that’s why iv caught that winter cold everyone has!

The start of the week I was heading off for castings at my agency and its busy busy all go, im currently in the process of building my book up again as I have a new hair colour so it means all my blonde pictures are going to the back! Growing my hair back out to! So its Moroccan hair oil all the way!

Had a lot of work on this week which is really good on the run up to Christmas as have lots of presents to get! Stuarts being awkward as always saying he doesn’t want anything, and if he keeps this up he won’t be getting anything! I love Christmas, we have put up our decorations and tree in our apartment and hung our stockings up although we dont have a fireplace! All very festive even have a bottle of baileys in!

On the evening I had a job hostessing at some united players birthday party, a much upstaged glamorous event, I couldn’t wait to be back home! The scene is long gone for me!I just kept  thinking im being paid to be here!

The next day I was definitely in need of some pampering so I headed to Spa 303 at the Hilton in Manchester, as I was receiving some complimentary treatments for a shoot we had done previously with them, the staff are all so lovely! I took along my friend/pr agent Laura to have a facial with me! Was so relaxing and made my skin glowing! Just what I needed!

Shortly after me and Stuart had to get across to the triangle to meet a few of the contestants that were in the running for a contract for Boss our agency, they were all so lovely and just wanted to ask us questions about the industry and Boss. They were rehearsing for the event on Thursday, some of the models were as young as 14!it was then press call time and we were greeted by the lovely Dianne Bourne to give a short interview and to do some quick pictures for the MEN, I also want to thank SOINFASHION for the lovely dresses they provided me with, I choose a leather dress for the pictures, bit rocky then teamed them with some patent heels had to wear tights as didn’t think I could brave the cold.

The next day I was shooting with the gorgeous Amy Finnemore for Nadine Merabis look book, got to wear loads of beautiful dresses and had the glorious pleasure of Carl Sukonik shooting us! Was a quite turn around as the look book had to be ready for the next day for Nadine’s launch of her new show room! Love that girl!

The launch was a lovely event Nadine dresses a lot of celebrities so the room was filled with famous faces, champagne and canapés and I wondered around in merabi bespoke creation! Also got my sister in on it to! Was a fabulous night and ended up in chichettis for a well earned dinner!felt a tad overdressed but who cares!

The work carries on, today was the Manchester loves Fashion event and was the day for the aspiring models to be chosen! There was a lot of strong competition, but was very happy with Boss's choice as it’s exactly who me and Stuart would have picked! We were introduced on stage and had a quick interview on how we were doing and our upcoming jobs, we don’t half chat on...I would complain if I wasn’t busy! We then went on too give our cheesy smiles to the cameras and got to join our bookers for the final decision.

We then went on to the after party for the jingle bell ball as were unable to make both events! Was a lovely atmosphere bit gutted we missed the acts!

Next day was the beautiful Laura from Vital PR baby shower not only is she our PR guru also now a good friend, unlike any ordinary baby shower it was held in the beautiful boutique light hotel in a penthouse apartment! all of her clients were there so all had a good catch up Laura looked gorgeous and blooming with beauty and amongst the guests were Caroline Poole who has the most amazing voice and wish her all the luck in the future she missed out at the judges houses but know she will do very well, Goldie also from her series was there and god her figure is amazing! The beauty Kirsty Porter was also there she’s such a little talented doll and always looks bang on trend she’s so quirky and love all of her outfits! A few other girls from the soaps also attended, me and Stuart always feel so welcome so a massive thanks to you all! I had two dates that night Stuart Pilkington and Armand Beasley NO1 makeup artist! Me and Armand tried to keep as far away as we could from the wispas, scones jam and clotted cream, strawberry bon bons, chocolate cake, carrot cake and the list continues! I was shooting in the morning so I stuck to sushi, Stuart personal trains Armand so think he was trying to behave in front of him hahaah

This week im LOVING the front cover of Harper Bazaar, that is all!

As I was at few parties this week I needed to make sure I looked in the Christmas spirit im not always so girly so thought id try something different so found a gorgeous sequined dress from zara covered in gold embellishment perfect for Christmas parties and was only 39.99 love a bargain! And as per usual had to add a signature hat!grey bowler this week!Dosent my friend look like Khloe Kardashian, although her name is Kelly!

I also dug out my Armani fluid sheer #2  liquid highlighter when rooting through my humongous case of make up and remembered how much I love it its a bit pricey at £ 33 but it just adds a gorgeous shimmer to your cheeks and catches the light on your cheekbones! With this i also add a bit of MACS mineralize powder, soft and gentle to give a more exagerrated colour, making your cheekbones really stand out!

Also this week im loving Nars Monoi body glow goes gorgeous on your body and is all natural oils so amazing for your skin, it gives you a beautiful glisten and you don’t need to use a lot it costs around £40 but is deff worth if you want gorgeous pins making then appear more slender and sexy, you can also apply it all over so make your collar bones stand out with a few drops to also has a gorgeous scent!

Iv also found myself in topshop buying some mittens to match my burgundy hat I bought a matching pair to go with my fur coat also,  they are beyond cute and have a fur rim and they were so cheap only £10 from topshop think they have a cut all there prices on knitwear! Love being wrapped up at Christmas!

Anyway I think iv gone on far too much, now in the middle of another hectic week which ill update you on soon all very exciting!
Lots of Love
